A brief introduction: Southern Nevada Birding and Wildlife Trails Partnership

The Southern Nevada Birding and Wildlife Trails Partnership (SNBWTP) is is a collaborative effort of federal and state agencies, for-profit corporations, non-profit groups, and private citizens from Southern Nevada.  SNBWTP is committed to supporting conservation through tourism, and introducing birding and wildlife enthusiasts to Southern Nevada.  To bring attention to Southern Nevada’s wealth of birds, wildlife, and varied habitat, the Southern Nevada Birding and Wildlife Trail Partnership was formed in June, 2006.

With emphasis on Clark, Lincoln, White Pine, and Nye counties, SNBWTP plans to draw visitors to Southern Nevada for the purposes of birding and wildlife watching.  By providing important travel information of the US 93/95 corridors visitors will discover the abundance of Southern Nevada natural sites known for a variety wildlife species and viewing opportunities.
